Biography
Siddhartha is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution Team in the Chandigarh office of SK Attorneys. His practice focuses on Commercial Arbitration and Litigation and specialised before Punjab and Haryana High Court.
Siddhartha has a remarkable track record of advising marquee clients and has vast experience in domestic and international arbitrations relating to investment disputes, and disputes across various sectors such as Real Estate, IPR, Infrastructure, Aviation etc. Siddhartha regularly advises and represents clients during the entire cycle of dispute resolution – from litigation strategy till enforcement of the award.
An astute litigator and negotiator, Siddhartha has developed a strong track record of successfully representing many high-profile clients in criminal and civil litigation including in the areas of real estate, commercial disputes, intellectual property, anti-trust and information technology, as also getting several large commercial deals concluded.
