Kartik is a Partner at SK Attorneys and a key member of the Firm’s Corporate Law practice, with broad expertise across commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, company law, and insolvency matters. He specialises in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and debt transactions, with a strong focus on distressed assets and restructuring.

He has advised European and US clients on strategic M&A and joint ventures, representing both investors and target companies in high-value private equity transactions. His experience also spans arbitration, banking and finance, energy, consumer protection, real estate, and corporate compliance, making him a versatile advisor across sectors.

Kartik has counselled on complex domestic and cross-border transactions, including minority stake purchases, control deals, and multi-investor exits in telecom, manufacturing, infrastructure, financial services, and e-commerce. He regularly appears before the High Courts, NCLT, and NCLAT, where he represents clients in company law and insolvency proceedings with distinction.
