Biography
Saurabh Kumar brings nearly two decades of expertise in capital markets, corporate restructuring, taxation, and high-value transactions. A graduate of Symbiosis International University and Queen Mary, University of London, he has advised on complex domestic and cross-border deals, including oil and gas projects across India and East Africa.
He is a recognised authority in international taxation and dispute resolution, serving as Special Public Prosecutor (SPP) for the Income-Tax Department, Government of India. His practice spans regulatory investigations, anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, and white-collar crime, representing multinational corporations in politically sensitive cross-border matters.
Saurabh also serves as Non-Executive Director at Cars24 Financial Services and Fairmoney Financial Services, guiding clients on governance, compliance, and risk management. Widely published and a sought-after speaker, he has been honoured with the Lex Falcon Award 2022, Legal Era 40 Under 40 Rising Star, and recognition in Distinguished Legal Minds of India (2020).
