Biography
Tamradhwaj brings nearly two decades of extensive experience to the firm’s Litigation practice, with expertise spanning civil, criminal, constitutional, and regulatory law. He holds an LL.B. from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, an LL.M. in Constitutional Law from C.C.S. University, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Laws from the Indian Law Institute.
His diverse practice covers civil and criminal litigation, appellate advocacy, bail matters, property disputes, writ petitions, service law (with a focus on Armed Forces personnel), labour and employment disputes, and financial recovery under the SARFAESI Act and before DRT/DRAT. He regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, District & Sessions Courts, NCLT, AFT, and all levels of Consumer Commissions.
A disciplined professional, Tamradhwaj’s early training with the National Cadet Corps and his background in debate sharpened his ability to articulate complex legal arguments with clarity and conviction, strengthening the firm’s litigation practice.
