Biography
Tripti brings over two decades of diverse legal and business experience, with a distinguished career spanning online media, telecom, technology, and e-commerce. As Head of Corporate Law Practice at SK Attorneys, she advises on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate finance, restructuring, governance, compliance, and intellectual property, combining strategic insight with strong business acumen.
She has held senior legal positions at Reliance BIG Entertainment, Aircel, and Tech Mahindra, and served as General Counsel at ShopClues and Cars24, where she played a pivotal role in fundraising, investor relations, and building robust governance frameworks. Tripti began her career at the Supreme Court of India and TPM Solicitors, specialising in international trade law.
Founder of Vini&Roy LLP, an all-women law firm, she is recognised as an industry thought leader and mentor. Her accolades include Distinguished Lawyer of India (UK House of Commons, 2023), Legal 500 GC Powerlist (2018), and General Counsel of the Year (2019).
