Saurabh, completed his Masters in International Tax and Financial Market from Queen Mary, University of London. He has been practicing in various arenas of law with specialization in Transactions and Corporate Laws, Capital Markets, Corporate Restructuring, Taxation etc. He has handled both upstream & midstream oil & gas, projects with a focus on transactional and corporate work involving high-end sophisticated transactions for some of the leading companies present in India and East Africa. He has been involved in high end tax litigations before all the forums including the Court of Appeal of Tanzania and has also been associated with KPMG India as Senior Executive, International Tax Litigation and Regulatory team. Assisted clients in structuring transactions in most tax efficient manner including entry as well as exit out of a particular transaction as well as territory.


He has been advising various companies establishing their business in India. He has also advised leading global developers and marketer of various branded product on their various crucial and strategic decision-making processes.


He has been invited at various national and international conferences. He holds various recognitions and appreciation awards such as -The 40 under 40 Rising Star by Legal Era in the field of law in India for the year2018. He is a Senior Consultant with the firm since its very inception in 2015. Mr. Bhatt is an Advocate with 15 years of multi-faceted and extensive experience in the legal profession. Sankalp did his LLB from Pune in the year 2004. Soon after graduating Sankalp started working with the litigation team of Dua Associates one of the premier law firms in India. In 2006 Sankalp got admitted to Cardiff University in United Kingdom for an LLM course in International Trade and Commercial Laws.


He graduated from Cardiff in 2007 and in September 2007 he started working in the London office of Singhania & Co. another premier law firm of India. In 2009 Sankalp returned to India and again started working with Dua Associates’. In 2011 Sankalp branched out on his own and has been doing his own practice in corporate litigation and alternate dispute resolution fields. Currently Sankalp is empaneled with companies like Indian Oil, ONNGC, GAIL, IRCON, Punjab National Bank, Punjab & Sind Bank etc. Sankalp is also Asst. Standing Counsel with NDMC (New Delhi Municipal Council) since 2015.


He has more than 15 years of domestic and international exposure in Corporate & Civil Litigation, Alternative Dispute Resolution, International Collaborations, Overseas markets especially UK and Europe. Shwetab Kumar is an experienced lawyer with a comprehensive understanding of Indian civil and corporate laws. He has been appearing before Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court and various other High courts and District Courts in India, National Consumer Forum, State Consumer Forum, District Consumer Forum, and various Arbitral Tribunal, District Courts, Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) and Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT) in various matters.


He has Handled various arbitration matters representing National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) including Jorabat Shillong (Barapani) Section of NH-40, NH-7-Hydrabad-Nagpur (Kadtal to Armur) State of Andhra Pradesh under North-South Corridor, NH-54 (Silchar), Land Acquisition Matter (Kurukshetra-Haryana) and others.


He has been involved with various government originations like BHEL, IFCI, TFCI, SBI etc. For arbitrations and banking matters.


He has hands on experience in handling matters relating to civil and criminal laws. He has acquired diverse experience in handling matters relating to corporate litigation, commercial disputes, arbitration, criminal and quasi criminal enactments, industrial law and banking.
